A car that dies on level −2 of a car park isn’t a normal tow. Low ceilings, ramps and tight turns all matter. Ring 087 465 0060 and I’ll tell you straight if I can get it out.

Why car parks are different
Many underground and multistorey car parks have height barriers and low ceilings, so a flatbed can’t always drive in. Ramps can be steep and turns tight, and other parked cars leave little room. Sometimes the car can be started or moved to an open level first, and sometimes it needs a different approach. That’s why I ask questions before I set off.
What to tell me when you ring
- The car park name and address, e.g. a shopping centre, apartment block or office.
- The level, and the height limit if it’s posted at the entrance.
- The make and model, and whether it’s automatic or electric.
- What happened: won’t start, flat tyre, warning lights, or won’t go into gear.
Where
Car park calls come from shopping centres, apartment complexes, hospitals and office buildings across Dublin — places like Dundrum and Sandyford and Dún Laoghaire — and in Wicklow. I can jumpstart as part of a callout like this.
